Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• If a cancellation is notified and acknowledged by Homeely up to 30 days prior to the scheduled tour, 50% refund will be granted.
• If a cancellation is notified and acknowledged by Homeely up to 14 days prior to the scheduled tour, 30% refund will be granted.
• If a cancellation is notified and acknowledged by Homeely within 14 days prior to the scheduled tour, NO refund will be granted.
• NO refund for no show.
• In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather or natural disasters, NO refund will be granted, but you may have the opportunity to reschedule your tour (subject to availability).
• Rescheduling can be done (with valid reasons and subject to availability) up to 30 days prior to the scheduled tour.
